LUSH Haul

I am officially obsessed with LUSH. So much so, I don't want to use the dang products because they're so cute! Actually it's because I don't have a great huge tub to swim around in but oh well! My closest LUSH is an hour away so I don't get there often so when I do get to go I am super happy! I just wanted to get the LE Valentine's items and I got 2...the 3rd was sold out :( Of course it was! So here are my purchases!

I love this little guy. I think it's because it looks like a Mario mushroom and I love me some Mario! It's called "Magic Mushroom" and smells like vanilla :)

A.dor.able! "Leap Frog" is so cute for Valentine's Day! Sandalwood, rose, and jasmine with cocoa butter lips! I'm not a huge fan of the scent but he was too cute to pass up!

I got a couple of samples because I really need to find something to control the oil on my face. Lately, it's been out of control! They gave me some Coal Face cleanser soap and Tea Tree Toner. Havent used them yet but will tonight!

The one they were sold out of was "The Ex-Factor". A little blue VooDoo doll with a small heart on it that smelled like vanilla. I am very sad I missed him :(

Swap Hauling & Clearance!

I have been kind of bad with swapping lately...not that I'm a bad swapper, I've just been way too many! Shipping prices are outrageous! MUA did not amuse me at first but I have done some really great swaps lately! Most people I have come in contact with are nice...some are still just bleh. Don't be a part of something like that if you can't be nice about it. Anyway, I have a few things to show from those and then just some random things again :)

 

First, I am obsessed with some nail polish lately. It's always bad but now I know it's a problem lol. This is the new Fingerpaints holo Motley over Sinful Colors What's Your Name which is absolutely gorgeous on it's own but the purple/blue iridescence in it really lets the holo stand out. Gah it's beauty!

Went to Rite Aid and they had some polishes 75%  off. I don't usually care what it is, if I can get something for 75% off I usually will buy it haha. I think it ended up being a little over $5 for these 4 polishes. WNW Red Tape .49, Sally Hansen Thinking of Blue $1.83, Sally Hansen Lavender Cloud $1.83, and Sally Hansen Purple Pizzazz .74

Got this in a swap with an awesome friend, Jessica :) I couldn't find these anywhere so she picked one up for me in Cansy Coral and this thing is so freakin fun. Beautiful color but I can't stop playing with the bouncy-ness enough to wear it! Haha :)

I got this MAC 213 in a swap on MUA. I dont know if its real but it seems legit. I dont think I would ever pay their prices for a brush though since this is just like all the others I have. Theres nothing better about this to me than those.

Picked up a new Falsies mascara. I love love this mascara but it melts off of my face!!! Wanted to try the flared version though. Hope it doesnt do the same as the original!

Another awesome thing from Jessica! I couldnt find this anywhere and when I did someone had opened, used, resealed, and stuck back on the shelf. Nasties. And of course it was the last one at the time but she found me one!

Not much of a color payoff but it IS purple so I didnt want it to be crazy! This is perfect!

Got this in a different swap from Beauty Broadcast and I am in love! I dont know if I thought this was always just another brown color but it is gorgeous! Brown/taupey/purplish...I dont know but its great!

My first MAC lipstick I got in a swap but I hateeeee it. Not the lipstick but the color :( Swatches online were so deceiving! This is an amplified in Fast Play.

Eh, just not my thing I guess. Oh well. I will have a swap coming from the UK soon! Soooooo excited for that one! 3 Sleek palettes!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Swatches, jewelry, randomness!

So, if you're anything like me and have silly amounts of makeup, then you sit in your little makeup corner and play for hours on end. I've done that the past 2 days out of complete boredom but I enjoy the makeup part! I have discovered some things that were either pushed to the back when we moved in July or things I just haven't had the chance to try yet. Also I am including some hauls of random makeup from my birthday and jewelry from ebay :) Here we go!

From L to R: Unicorn Wings (Yep, bought this one just because of the name ;P), Serendipity, Fiona, Wicked, Bubbly, Hero, and Mudslide Ride. Super pretty, right? They are SO pigmented!

I am loving the new combo I have for polish now meaning the base and topcoat. I have had this on since Thursday and not one chip! Essie base coat in All in one Base and Sally Hansen Insta Dry Top Coat (In the triangular bottle). It is wayyyy better than Seche Vite and I thought that stuff was good. I also love love love this color I just got from the Zoya promotion "Kendal" (Yay namesake! Thats so why I bough it too :P) Accent color is "Richelle".

I am so in love with the Tough as Taupe (far left) color. A matte grayish cream color? Yes please! Also got Bad to the Bronze and Bold Gold.

I have been wanting this necklace forever and finally found the knock off on ebay for a whole $4!

And another one inspired by Nicole Richies House of Harlow line. I have the one with the multi triangles on it but loved the single one too and it was very cheap...like $2 maybe?

YAY! Got the Naked2 for my birthday! It is so pretty! I really do need to use some of my palettes more so if I keep them out instead of putting them in a drawer I think that would help lol. But this is just amazingness!

So glad I bought this! I hadnt heard anything good about these but they are great! I am really trying to learn how to use gel liner so it's still weird for me but these are nice colors and glide well!

Birthday gift and sample with my Sephora order! Glad I waited a couple of days to order when I did because at first they still had the shower gel that I still have from last year! :P Can't wait to try these and excited about the Bobbi Brown sample too!

And lastly I ordered these flower pins/hairclips from the jewelry seller on ebay. 10 for $5! And I love adding these to a scarf or to my hair just for an extra kick. They're so cute!
